As part of its comprehensive waste handling service, BWS will prepare and distribute all documentation required by federal and state authorities. Of course this includes hazardous waste manifests (EPA Form 8700-22) and Land Disposal Restriction (LDR) forms as required for every shipment.

BWS develops customized periodic client reports summarizing activity. These management reports document historical compliance and performance. BWS assists clients’ bi-annual reporting to the EPA (EPA Form 8700-13 A/B).

BWS helps clients develop and maintain proper documentation procedures so that handling files are current, accurate and comprehensive.
