BWS will assist generators in registering with the appropriate Federal and State agencies, including generating an EPA identification number (EPA Form 8700-12). BWS will also assist generators with the bi-annual report required from Large Quantity Generators of controlled hazardous substances (EPA Form 8700-13 A/B).
